DISABLED VETS OF CORTLAND COUNTY, INC.
The following amendment was approved to the current By-Laws of the Disabled Vets of Cortland County, Inc. on July 18, 2015:
ARTICLE IV – MEMBERSHIP
Section 4.1: One Class
There shall be no form or class of membership, except as herein specified

Para 1: All members of Disabled American Veterans Chapter #153 shall also be members of Disabled Vets of Cortland County, Inc.
Para 2: All members of Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary Unit #153 shall also be members of Disabled Vets of Cortland County, Inc.
Para 3: Non-Veterans who are supportive of Disabled American Veterans and support their causes are eligible for membership in the disabled Vets of Cortland County, Inc. so long as they are sponsored by a member of Disabled American Veterans Chapter #153 and approved at a General Meeting.
Para 4: Non-Veterans may be granted complimentary membership to Disabled Vets of Cortland County, Inc. when approved by the membership for services to disabled veterans or as paid employees of the Club. Complimentary members shall enjoy all the rights and benefits of regular membership, except that they shall not have voting privileges and cannot hold an office in the corporation.
